First thing to know is you cannot MAKE anyone do anything. Free will is a thing. If he’s a workaholic then it may be very difficult to convince him to not work so much. What you can do is try to ask him to take some time to be with you. Be honest about how you feel and what you would like to see happen but be sweet about it. He won’t respond well to negative comments or criticism. The power of persuasion works well if you do it right. Give it a shot and you might find him giving you more time.
